Dunvegan Bridge Fall BBQ/Potluck

When: Sunday September 18th from 1pm to 5pm
Where: Dunvegan Bridge (between Rycroft and Fairview, just north of the bridge crossing the Peace River).

Bring salads and desserts and - of course! - WATER BALLOONS!!!
This is your chance to soak a WISDOM Facilitator!
Meat and buns, fixings and beverages provided by WISDOM.

Lethbridge and Area Fall Gathering

Please come out to the annual fall picnic, it is a great place to meet other homeschooling families, reconnect with people after a busy summer, ask questions and get inspired! We are looking forward to seeing you there.

Place: John Martin Recreation Centre - located in Pavan Park

Food: Main course and beverages will be provided by WISDOM, please bring a salad and/or dessert to share with the group.
Other: There are many activities to enjoy at the facility, but feel free to bring other lawn games, board games, or lawn chairs if you would like.

Nature Hike

When: Thursday, September 22, 11 am
Where: Mill Creek Ravine North (Mill Creek Ravine Parking Lot/Peace Mile Parking Lot)

A beautiful area in the Edmonton River Valley, this well treed path is an easy walk.  We will also be heading off trail to explore the forest and stream.  

Mill Creek Ravine Park-North, is just off 95A St NW. You can follow Google Maps directions to Mill Creek outdoor pool and you will find an overflow lot before you enter the ravine. This is the parking lot just above Mill Creek Swimming Pool (9555 84 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6S 1E4), the first parking lot on your left once you turn onto 95a st.

All ages are welcome. Parents are asked to stay and participate.
