Date: Last Tuesday afternoon of every month.
Location: St James Parish 338060 32 St E, Okotoks

Monthly meetings at St James Catholic Church on the LAST Tuesday afternoon of the month. Field trips on the SECOND Tuesday of the month.

All are welcome, content geared towards Grades K-3

Parents can stay and socialize with younger/older siblings!

Please bring water bottles and snacks for yourselves and children attending classes

Introduction to Programming with Python A

Who: Ages 12-18
Cost: $160 per person

Is your student interested in learning how to code? Python is a powerful, easy-to-learn programming language that is widely used in the tech industry. In this online workshop, your child will get an introduction to the fundamentals of programming using Python. They will learn how to write their own programs, solve problems, and create fun projects.

Discover how you can help your child with speech/language delays at home.

Join us for an online information session with answers to your specific questions, information and resources. As participants meet in a virtual classroom, a microphone headset, a strong internet connection and speakers are required.

What: Fundamentals of Chess for ages 6-10
When: Wednesdays, March 29 – May 3
Time: 9:00 – 10:00 am

Does your child love to play chess? This six-week program is a unique opportunity to play the game while improving skills in Problem Solving, Deductive Reasoning and Creative Thinking by solving chess puzzles and executing a systematic process to beat your opponent.

While this program is called "beginner" it will challenge your chess player and keep them engaged, even if they have been playing for years.

  • Register your own items for sale in advance - we will contact you with a link and instructions
  • Drop off at Northmount Hall between 8am - 10am on March 31
  • Sale begins at 11am and closes at 4pm 
  • Pick up books by 5pm

Admission is FREE for High School & Beyond Conference registrants - no need to register here if you are registered for the conference.

High School & Beyond Conference 2023

Join us as we explore all of the angles of home schooling through high school with confidence. Enjoy talks, panels, curriculum fair, post-secondary institutions, 'adulting' booths, home schooling experts, a dance and more. This conference is for parents and students aged 12+.
