Join us for an online information session with answers to your specific questions, information and resources. As participants meet in a virtual classroom, a microphone headset, a strong internet connection and speakers are required.

Free Virtual Chess Field Trip

When: March 27 from 12:00-1:00pm

Have you considered our chess program but wished you could sample it before committing? Now is your chance!

This free virtual field trip is for beginner chess players or newcomers to the game. It will cover the basics of chess as well as touch on beginning chess strategy while offering exercises that will improve students’ logical skills by teaching them how to think in a strategic manner to find the best move.

This 1 hour demo lesson is sure to be interactive, entertaining and educational keeping in the style taught by our chess instructor, Steven Bloom.

Our extremely popular chess workshops have been so successful that we offer beginner, intermediate and advanced workshops.

Some of our current students are even ranked in the top 20 province and country wide! 

Students who are interested in our current classes can sign up for our 6 week chess workshops on our website.
