Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve, this session is perfect for everyone. It's being coached by a talented MHC student in partnership with Be Fit For Life. All ages and skill levels are welcome – we can’t wait to see you there! There will be a drop in fee of $5 per class, please bring this with you and pay directly to WISDOM facilitator Tiffany Arnold. |
