Program plan development sounds like an onerous task, but it doesn’t have to be.  Patty outlines the benefits of having a home education plan and describes a straightforward method of development.  She brings solid ‘how to’ information, describes the potential that can be unleashed with a plan and hopes to leave you excited about the process.  The long term potential of a solid program plan is described with the desire that it will bring structure and encouragement for your home education.

Our presenter, Patty Marler

Patty Marler and her husband, Jeff, home educated their four children from kindergarten through high school and graduated their fourth child in July 2020.  Three of their four children have since graduated from their post-secondary studies. Patty has been very involved in her local support group and provincial association (serving as President and Government Liaison) and she is currently the Government and Media Relations for HSLDA Canada.  She is a well received conference speaker and has presented workshops for HOMESCHOOL.TODAY. 

Patty understands the daily challenges, successes and concerns of home educators which have translated to the practical and experiential information and ideas that she shares.
