Survival: Plant and Mushroom ID and Wild Cooking C - Stony Plain
When: Wednesday, September 13 from 1 - 4pm
Where: Chickakoo Recreation Area (Meet at upper parking lot)
Join Kaykima for a wander through the forest and discover what plant, berries, and fungi are edible, medicinal and useful. We will also learn how to identify potentially toxic plants, berries and fungi. The class will end with a wild cooking demonstration where participants will learn methods of preparing what you have foraged.
