Survival: Plant and Mushroom ID and Wild Cooking G - Lethbridge

When: Thursday, September 28 from 1 - 4pm 
Where: Indian Battle Park (Meet at Alberta Picnic Shelter)

Join Kaykima for a wander through the forest and discover what plant, berries, and fungi are edible, medicinal and useful. We will also learn how to identify potentially toxic plants, berries and fungi. The class will end with a wild cooking demonstration where participants will learn methods of preparing what you have foraged.
