Canoe, Kayak, Dragon Boat Day - Edmonton

When: September 14, 9am - 4pm with a break for lunch 
Where: Leduc Boat Club, 4801 44 St, Leduc, located in William F. Lede Park.
Price: $45 per participant
Parents will count as a participant and are required to participate with children.

Bring a bagged lunch, change of clothes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen. Wear what you will be comfortable getting wet in. PFDs and/or life jackets will be provided, but you may bring your own.

Activities may include two-person canoe, recreational solo kayaks, and the 20-paddler dragon boat as a starting point. Depending on group size, age and schedule, they can also offer instruction in SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) and rowing.

Participants will learn:

• Safe entry & exit. 
• Maneuvering and the handling of different boats. 
• Games and activities to improve balance and skills.

Everyone will need to sign the release form attached with the registration confirmation email.
