Workshop runs from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Monday, May 10. Optional Part 2 on Monday, May 17.
In this workshop:
- How much is too much?
- Learn the signs of too much screen time and what to do when there is.
- Learn how to find and maintain a healthy balance in your home.
There is no prerequisite to this workshop.
