Bushcraft torches: This hands on class will first cover knife safety and proper use before getting into creating your own bushcraft torch using all natural materials that can be used for light, moving fire, and emergency signalling.

Fire Building: This class builds on the Fire Craft class but it is not necessary to have taken it. This workshop will cover more advanced considerations when starting a fire such as the science of fire and an In depth look at Tinder, Kindling and Fuel. After leaning some tips and tricks participants will build their own fire using only natural materials and a variety of lighting methods. 

This is not a drop off program. If your student is not accompanied by an adult, they will not be able to participate in the program. Parents and children 5 and under are free with paying child.
