Katherine Washut fell in love with the Great Books and Socratic method while attending WISDOM courses as a student in high school. She graduated from Thomas Aquinas College in 2020. Since then, she has been sporadically teaching, including a two year stint as a tutor for WISDOM. Recently, Katherine has been running the Newman Center for a small community college in Wyoming, where she helps college students dive deeper into their faith, and referees lively theological debates. Katherine has two little children. She strives to live a "hobbit" lifestyle: gardening, cooking, spending time with her large extended family, and staying home.
