Henry became interested in the great works of science and mathematics while attending Thomas Aquinas College. He went on to earn his Ph.D. in the history of science at the University of Oklahoma. There he became especially interested in medieval mathematics and astronomy. He spent a number of years reading and studying medieval manuscripts containing commentaries on Ptolemy's Almagest in Germany, and he is currently an associate professor at Wyoming Catholic College. He and his wife homeschool their children. Henry enjoys hiking, fishing, and baking.
