Family Gathering - Edmonton Area (Sherwood Park)

When: Saturday, Sept 25, 3pm start 

Where: Meadowlodge Bible Camp 

We will be going ahead with our outdoor gathering this Saturday at Meadow Lodge Bible Camp south east of Sherwood Park. (The forecast is currently promising a warm day).  Start time is 3:00 pm and we'll pack up around 8:00 pm (or just before sunset)

As covid restrictions are limiting our being able to share food, we have permission to offer Hamburgers and Hot dogs,but will have to be prepared and served to you instead of having a buffet style meal.  We welcome volunteers for our Build-a-Burger team. May need a BBQ or two. Call us if you want to bring one.

We will also have Lemonade and water available that will be served.

If you want to supplement the above, feel free to bring your own snacks or dietary preferences for your own family .

You may want to bring a few lawn chairs. 

Please be aware of a young person's market where entrepreneurs will have wares for sale.  Consider supporting these budding merchants. If you are wanting to book a table, we will connect you with our marketing manager, Maria.

You are welcome to bring games or balls for group activities.

DIRECTIONS to get there:  From Hwy 16 - go south on Range Rd 222 through Ardrossan, and 4 miles past Wye Rd to Township Rd 520.  ***Go east 2miles to Rg Rd 220, south 1 mile to Township Rd 515, and east 1 mile to Rg Rd 215. You will come to Birch Bay Ranch and Meadow Lodge is immediately north of it.

From Hwy 21 south of 16, travel to Township 520 and go east (see *** in above paragraph)  If you get lost, call Mike at 780-991-5965
