Unfortunately, Microsoft has decided to change what’s included in their free education licences, and this change removes access to the desktop versions of Word, Excel, and other Office programs.
Your Microsoft account and licence will remain active for as long as your family is enrolled with WISDOM. You still have access to the web versions of these apps at: https://myapps.microsoft.com/
Files created or opened in the web apps are saved to your Microsoft account, and you can download them at any time as standard file types such as .docx or .xlsx.
